When will I receive my refund

We aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned parcel. We will send you a confirmation email of your return and that your refund has been processed. 

Once processed, refunds can take up to 7 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method. 

If your Shinymod parcel shows that is has been successfully delivered back to our HQ, and you have not had any further correspondence from us after 2-3 working days, then please contact us.
