- We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product in the wrong size or with the color problem.
- The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product.

- All returned products must be returned unwashed and with the tags unbroken. This is an extremely strict policy, we will not refund products that have the tags removed(If applicable).
- Any items returned back to us with stains or signs of wear, that have not been reported will not be accepted or exchanged.
- Any tights where the clear packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This does not apply for leggings.
- We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving your returned parcel. We send you an automated email, of confirmation of your return / exchange.
- Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 working days to be reaccredited to your original payment method.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability as per your request.
- All exchanges will be dispatched on our standard 2-3 shipping service.
- We do not refund any postage charges on orders.
