We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product in the wrong size or with the color problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The return shipping fee is at customers' own expense. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product.
You have 30 days to return or exchange your items from the date received. Please follow the easy steps below:
1. Send email to email@example.com to ask the return address first, then choose one of carrier from the main express carriers to ship the parcel.
2. Please send your return tracking number and carrier name for us to track the parcel, when we receive the parcel, we will send you a notification to process your refund.
Please keep your proof of postage receipt.
Once we have received your items return, we will process your return / exchange within 24 hours. A member of our customer care team will then email you with conformation of your refund / exchange.
