Our COVID-19 response

We hope you and your loved ones are safe. 

We want to reassure you that we have taken all the necessary measures and will continue to monitor the situation with the safety of you and our team in mind. 

Following advice from the government, the majority of our team are now working from home. And those who aren't able to work from home have already implemented new measures to ensure their safety and yours, like adhering to social distancing guidelines. Due to the layout and efficiency of our warehousing, our fulfilment staff are each singularly occupying their own isolated area and working shift patterns to make sure all precautions are attained.

While we are following all official advice, we continue to be open for business as usual with all orders being shipped within 3 working day. We have also extended our returns policy from 14 days to 30 days.
